Tom Anthony
Most embarassing moment on the air: It happened 25 years ago … my brain was working faster than my mouth. I combined two words, which came out as one of the seven you can’t say on the air. I actually gave my notice that day, but seven years later, came back to working in radio because “I love it!”
Favorite sport: FOOTBALL!!!!!!!
Favorite toy as a child: Can’t remember back that far! Lol
What do you eat for breakfast: Anything that isn’t moving
Best subjects in school: English.
What would you do on a perfect day off: Go fishing on a sunny summer day!
Favorite ice cream: Peppermint Bon Bon (that’s showing my age because I think they call it something different now)
Favorite movie: Too many to mention!
Favorite food: Anything that isn’t moving! (see above)
Hometown: Minneapolis, Minnesota
Lauri Pulley
I'm probably the only kid you've ever heard of who would not only listen to the Top 40 every week, but keep a journal of it each week along with my reviews of songs and singers. I got pretty good at picking number ones, if I do say so myself.
My dad really sparked my love of country music. When I was a kid, we listened to Alabama, the Oak Ridge Boys, Randy Travis, and of course, George Strait. We'd hear songs on the radio and then sing along while dad played guitar -- we still do it, in fact and the whole family has also been known to tear it up a little with some karaoke now and then.
When I'm not on the radio, my husband and two kids keep me busy and entertained. We're active in our church and we also enjoy playing on the lake and exploring the Blackfoot in the summertime. In the winter, we are bona fide couch potatoes.
In my rare moments of downtime, I like to veg out and watch NASCAR and a little football. I love to read and I've always got a stack of books I'm working my way through. I really like to bake, but I don't really like to share. I'm also a novice jewelry maker and a wanna-be scrapbooker. And of course, I love music. You'll find a pretty eclectic mix on my mp3 player, but my first love is country!
